My daughter purchased a house and the kitchen floor was sagging. I was recommended by our painter to contact Sean from Floor Coverings International. He was easy to talk to and understood what was needed. His team came and within a total of four hours my daughters kitchen wasnt sagging and looked absolutely beautiful. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have any price gimmicks or "one week only sales". There are no "buy 2 rooms get 1 free" type of stuff.
We simply offer the best products from the best manufacturers, using the most qualified installers, at an everyday great value. Our prices are always all-inclusive, with no change orders. Once we give you a price, it stays that way even if your job becomes more complex once we remove your current flooring. There are no surprises, and you will not pay your balance until you are completely satisfied with the result.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with the in-home consultation. Book an appointment, and we will handle the rest. Appointments can last from 30 min to 2 hours depending on how you like to shop. We will stay with you as long as you need to find a product that you love. Once we find the customized flooring solution that works for you, we agree to cash or payment terms and schedule your install. Typically, your project can be completed in under 2 weeks from the initial appointment.
Step 1
Schedule a free in-home Design Consultation with one of our expert Design Associates. Your Design Associate will arrive on time in our Mobile Flooring Showroom. Inside the Mobile Showroom, we have thousands of flooring choices that make up our carefully selected Mobile Flooring Collection. Your Design Associate will then measure your floors, help you choose the perfect flooring solution for you and will provide you with an estimate.
Step 2
After you’ve reviewed your proposal and estimate, you can review our financing options with your Design Associate and make your final decision.
Step 3
Upon your decision, your flooring will arrive and installation begins. We treat your home as if it was our own, so clean up of the flooring area, removal and replacement of furniture is included and done very carefully. We pride ourselves in maintaining and updating you on timelines, as we understand how important that is.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everybody in the Floor Coverings International family receives 100's of hours of computer-based and hands-on training.
We visit the home office in Atlanta 2-4 times a year for specialized workshops.
We meet monthly with our reps from each company to learn the latest installation techniques and tips to get the most longevity and performance out of each product we carry.
Every installer is scrutinized for certifications, references, years of experience, and overall talent. We aren't looking for a bargain when it comes to installers, we are looking for the best available at a good value.
