I'm so glad I worked with Carlos. I came to him because I wanted to get back on track in the gym after some injuries. He did a great job of setting up a workout plan for me that was varied and fun; he'd check in during the week to see how the workouts were going. He helped me work on my flexibility and core strength to avoid future injuries, and I haven't had any issues since we started working together. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am constantly staying up to date with the latest advances in nutrition and exercise. I recertify every 2 years and always read news journals on exercise science, physiology and kinesiology. The better educated I am the better I can help you!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I love helping people and I understand the importance of eating healthy and exercising. What could be a better career?
- What types of customers have you worked with?I don't only train my clients on scheduled appointments, I also design workout programs so when you are not with me you know exactly what to do. Again, alot of time will be spent on nutrition because exercise alone will not get you there. Eating healthy+consistent exercise=success!
