- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price per session not only includes dedicated 1 on 1 time but also also a detailed workout plan that will be adjusted as progress is made and a meal plan counting all calories, carbs, fats and proteins based on the individual needs of each person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with a new client absolutely free of charge on the first session and do a full, comprehensive fitness assessment. It is important that I get to know each person individually and understand their goals. The first workout and assessment session are a great way for me to measure initially each person's strengths and weaknesses to determine the correct starting point as to ensure success and minimize the risk of injury. At the same it is a great opportunity for the potential client to determine if they feel I am the right fit for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly staying up to date with the latest advances in nutrition and exercise. I recertify every 2 years and always read news journals on exercise science, physiology and kinesiology. The better educated I am the better I can help you!
