Quotes are detailed, itemized, clear and easy to understand. No fluff.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the client and walk the house/space to get an idea of what it is they are looking to achieve. Go over what the options are relative to budget and time. Put a quote together for the customer outlining the scope of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The CEDIA convention is a yearly event usually in Colorado. frayednot is there in attendance each year for any needed training relative to new technology or product. Not to mention the daily research done to keep up to speed on what is changing in the industry as well as attending quarterly seminars for many of the custom products frayednot installs.
