What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing listed on here is a starting rate. Once the the shoot details are discussed, I will draft an invoice which can be signed and agreed upon.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will reach out to my client and discuss the full details about the shoot. Once details are provide I will send an email with a contract with the final estimate included. The terms in the contract are only binding for this particular shoot. Once the contract and estimate is signed and returned we can move forward with scheduling and completing the shoot.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work for a company that contracts Photographers for all different types of photography. (Mostly Real-Estate, Food, and Product Photography)
