Im really satisfied with Vitors work. I had a small leak at home, so I called the company, and Vitor showed up within an hour. He did an inspection and took care of the damage right away. I had a bunch of questions, and he explained everything clearly and patiently. He also gave me some great tips on maintaining other things, like my kitchen hood, kitchen floor and basement. Id definitely recommend Vitor!

I found 3 inches of water in the basement at almost 1am and was sure nobody would be available until the next morning. Instead I called Vitor and he was at my house in half an hour with vacuums and fans. He stayed until the basement was cleared around 5am and came back over the next few days to check on the drying status and spray to prevent mold. When it came time to do the restoration he was a big help with insurance and got some items covered that I didn't expect them to. Restoration took another 4 weeks between electrical, drywall where there was none before, paint, a new epoxy floor, and fixing up my bar. Him and his team were all very professional the entire time, did great work, and went above and beyond in spots where they saw a chance to make it really nice. Now I have a beautiful new basement and no mold.
