Eliminex may offer ok services for pests but their experience trapping wildlife, ie raccoons is seriously lacking. Dont waste your money. Stick to professionals who actually specialize in raccoon trapping.Eliminex says it uses sensors on their traps but dont actually check them the way they identified in their contract. The only raccoon captured in my attic was actually captured by a trap i set. Additional skunks from my neighbors property were caught by your traps because they were positioned on the ground and not on the roof where the raccoons where coming and going. Then you posted on your Facebook page that you released the baby skunk where you trapped it after you told me you took it away. I didnt provide a review for a year because I was so unhappy with your service and didnt want to post anything while i was upset. I am a single mom and I got taken for $800. I was embarrassed that i trusted Eliminex to fix my issue and ended up paying another company to address.Bottom line is we had a contract and you didnt meet your obligations. I dont know suzannewash but that just provides evidence that I wasnt the only dissatisfied customer. I had no issue with releasing the baby skunk. The issue i had, is that you lied about it when you told me you took it away and then changed your story when I asked you about it after seeing your Facebook post. I could have called you out on it on FB but didnt.I still have our email communications and your voicemails. My communications have always been professional.
Eliminex Pest and Wildlife's reply
I have it all documented and checked the traps every time the sensors went off, which was mostly from you pulling the lanyards while checking on them. You were being very antagonizing including accusing me of not installing the transmitter which I showed you the photo of where I placed it. It was ridiculous including stalking Facebook for anything you could find to be critical about. Of course you would have called within the course of the entire year after the job was done to completion, but you did not. You hired a company a year later when a new resurgence of mating raccoons came back in the development. The contamination they leave behind in the attic can attract them, again I advise you get that feces and urine contamination out of your attic. You chose an economy plan which was 1/3 the price vs a Full Year Warranty. Raccoons come off the roof and search the perimeter of the home at night. Of course placing the traps on the ground is the proper way to do it, there is no way to track how they get on the roof. Setting traps on the roof to let an amimal cook in the summer sun, and for your neighbors to see is not what I do. That is what makes me an expert. I met every obligation on the agreement including taking away the non target animals to a proper designation ecological preserves. There were no more Raccoons obviously for up to an entire year afterward. My track record for success is well documented all over the internet and social media. If you sent the remainder for the Year warranty upgrade, I don't think you would have been so upset. I believe I counted 15+ trips to your property during the course and there has not been 1 single dispute by phone, email, anywhere else. The feedback you provide just isn't accurate at all. Revealing you feeling hostile toward me the entire year is simply disturbing. The company you hired doesn't even set traps at all. They just did the one way door and exclusion for you on a budget. I am well aware of my competitors strategy.

I highly recommend Derek for any wildlife problem that you have i.e Raccoons, squirrel etc. We recently had some noise coming from our attic especially at night time and couldn't even sleep for a week. I called Derek over the weekend and he was prompt to come to my house and look into the attic. He immediately spotted mommy raccoons and two baby raccoons. We signed contract and next day he set up some traps. Within 24 hours he was able to catch mommy and immediately removed two babies as per wildlife capturing guideline. He replaced my attic vent which was broken by raccoons. He also added metal screen on both the attic vent to prevent future entries. I highly recommend his services and professionalism. I suggest not to move any traps that he placed as they are strategically placed and you may not be able to capture wildlife if you move them.

We had a tough situation. My wife and I were in New Mexico trying to get through the process of selling our old home in East Brunswick, when we received a demand from the buyer's attorney to insure that there was no termite population in the house. With just a one-day notice, the head technician at Eliminex in Sayreville was able to treat the house and provide a one-year certification to us electronically. What could have been a serious headache was resolved promptly. Thanks!Alan

I am really disappointed with a service they provided. They cancelled last minute on a inspection with a list of reasons taken out of nowhere. Very incompetent.
Eliminex Pest and Wildlife's reply
Kathy made an email emergency inspection request with no contact phone number regarding a real estate transaction. She followed up later saying she wasn't going to meet us there for the inspection that morning and we should bill her by email. I didn't want us both to get into a situation if the inspection came up with Termite activity so advised Kathy contact her realtor instead to arrange the needed inspection. We get our loyal clients through great reputation and all feedback is good if we can learn to do better which have resulted in excellent service all around

They did a terrific job on my parent's 3 Bedroom Apartment for Bed Bugs on such a short notice. They brought 2 service guys and prepared the rooms and treated very thoroughly. I was very surprised how complex a bed bug service is. It has been 2 months now and we have not seen one bed bug just after one service. Hired them off Angie's List there was a special there
