- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not often the cheapest service available. The reason for that is because we invested time and money to deliver the best results and services to our clients. We are not a bargain tax professional service. Remember you get what you pay for and when I comes to taxes it doesn't pay to be bargain hunting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a client intake form or interview which helps us determine what needs to be done and the best way to go about it. From there we get busy working with the client to resolve their issues and then follow up as needed as part of our engagement of services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earn over 100 continuing education credits per year and teach tax and practice management seminars to other tax professionals throughout the year all of which keeps me up on the latest changes in and the tax code.
