each instructor has there own story of why they fell in love with yoga. some learned the benefits from recovering injuries, some where able to loose weight & maintain it, some found that sense of calm & focus to be helpful in their lives in general. it is a powerful tool, that is why we like to share it!

find a yoga studio you are comfortable with! being yourself and at ease is important for your yoga practice.

yoga is much more than stretching or exercising! the benefits you gain from a consistent practice are only noticed from the experience of doing it.
