Mallory was AMAZING!! I hired her to do makeup & hair for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah - and she was fantastic from start to finish. She was so sweet and accommodating - and she is a master at what she does; all the while, making sure that we were good with everything. Both my daughter and I received compliments throughout the night about how beautiful and natural our make-up looked. She was on time (perhaps early) and she kept in touch with me to let me know when she was on her way. I wish she could come do me up every day!!:) THANK YOU MALLORY. Forever grateful.

Mallory is a gem, and I am so glad that I hired her. I got married last November in my home, and I felt so comfortable with her in my home with my family. She was incredibly professional, thoughtful, and did the hair and makeup for my sisters, mother, and myself. I felt beautiful , as did my sisters. I can attest to the fact that she is able to do all looks. For example, I like a bumped up natural look, and one sister likes the focus on her lips, the other on her eyes, and my mother who is 60 looked amazing. We are having a party next summer to celebrate our marriage with our friends, and I fully intend to reach out to her again. Thank you, Mallory!

Mallory was a gem to work with! She is quiet and soft spoken, but incredibly attentive to detail and concerns. She offers input when necessary and makes adjustments to give you the best look and get the job done. Seeing her clean and organized set up immediately put me at ease when we first met and showed me how much she cares for her products but especially for her clients. There were two things I wanted for my wedding look: a clean face and flowers in my updo. Mallory was very considerate on both details and worked with me to produce exactly what I wanted. I was impressed during our hair & makeup trial when Mallory very thoughtfully brought some flowers to place in my hair. It was an added touch that helped me visualize the complete prospective hairdo. On the day of, she was flexible and worked with some changes I had in mind and created a hairdo that was better than I imagined. Also, for someone who doesn't wear a lot of makeup on a regular basis, Mallory took those concerns to heart and made sure my makeup was light and comfortable for a hot summer wedding day. And, even though I swamped Mallory with a crew of ladies to dress up (5 bridesmaids and 2 mothers), she took it all with poise and got the job done in a chaos-filled day. Thank you so much Mallory! Looking forward to working with you again one day!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Price List is available on my website, MalloryCosmeticsXO.com when you go to the Book Online Page. Traveling fees may vary depending on location. Deposit of $35 is required to hold the appointment, remaining balance is required the day of the appointment! Thank you, if you have an additional question's please feel free to ask :)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start off every service with an Individual Consultation, to guarantee an amazing end result that will have you feeling fabulous! Going over the desired look, whether it be Natural and Radiant, or Smokey with a Bold Lip. Or Soft Beach Waves, to Big Bouncy Curls. Every great service, starts with an Amazing Consultation!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I furthered my education and completed my degree from the Capri Institute of Cosmetology in New Jersey, Certified in Hair Styling, Nails, Skincare & Makeup. I am also a Licensed Makeup Artist Magazine Pro in New York City. I attend IMATS and IBS Beauty Trade Shows in New York City every year, to keep furthering my education, and staying up to date with all the best products!
