Super responsible, the tech wore shoe booties and made messy job clean! Air was blowing out warm , right away he went to the filter and it was filthy! Did a filter replacement and cleaned the outside unit. My air is back to normal ! Thank you so much

These guys are great, very friendly, fair and knowledgeable. I was skeptical at first because the tech looked so young. He came in did his thing and I was very impressed. Found a restriction in my system, changed the filter drier pretty quickly and I was good as new. Didn’t break the bank either! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My experience with OTB heating and cooling went extremely well, they were very professional when it came to going over the issues and explaining to us what was wrong with our units. I had a great experience with OTB. I called them to look at my a/c after it stopped working, within a few hours they had arrived and began working on it. Misael ran a thorough check of the system and was able to figure out why my compressor was not engaging. Turns out that it needed a new capacitor and was able to replace it with a brand new one. Now my a/c is working like it’s brand new. Would definitely hire them again for any of my future hvac needs.

This is an amazing company! Extremely knowledgeable the workers are amazingly kind and helpful with all questions asked. Affordable prices compared to competitors as well. They finished with in the time game giving and the work was done as neatly and quietly as possible. I am definitely going to call them again with any future problems. I would totally recommend them to anyone that needs any kind of HVAC work! 10 out of 10 hands down
