Sarah has been training me at my stays at the Goodtime hotel. She is super motivating, pushes me, and is fun to workout with. I’ve worked out with many trainers but she is unique in that she combines strength, cardio and yoga. Thanks Sarah !

Sarah is amazing ! I was looking for someone to work with my dad. He is in his 70’s and has a few injuries. Since working together his mobility and balance has improved and his mood is much better...she keeps him motivated and is a joy to be around. Highly recommend

Sarah helped me get into shape in a short period of time and even coached me on changes I could make to my diet to really enhance my results! She’s a true gem, who has a clear passion for helping others improve their overall health and wellness. I think Sarah is the most amazing trainer I’ve worked with! She’s extremely knowledgeable in different workouts techniques and customizes our sessions exactly to my needs and pace. I always have a blast working with her one on one — every session is exactly what I expect plus more!!
