I'm your best yoga instructor fit if you want to achieve your best form in each pose. Under “best form” I mean performing it correctly and therefore safely.
I offer physical adjustments (if you are comfortable with that) to further correct your form. I also use high quality essentials oils if you welcome that to enhance the practice.
I teach a variety of classes.
- Hatha yoga - where the focus is less on cardio (flow) and more on strengthening the muscles through holding asanas (poses).
- Vinyasa yoga - where the focus is on the cardiovascular aspect and purification. (Not recommended for newbies as poses alignment is necessary to flow safely).
- Yin yoga - where the focus is on strengthening the joints. In a yin class we would perform 6-8 poses but hold them for long period of times without the direct use of our muscles.

One-on-One sessions (1 student):
One session $135
Five sessions $550
Ten sessions $850
(One-on-one session is a meticulously customized class just for you based on your goals, requests and needs at the moment. There will be a short questionnaire which will allow me to get to know your requests prior to our first session.)
Semi-private sessions (2-3 students):
🫱$65 per student
Semi-private session offers a moderately customized class for each of the 2-3 students based on their goals and needs at the moment. We’ll share one sequence like in a group yoga class yet the poses will be modified to suit each student individually. There will be questionnaire to get to know students requests.)
Small Group sessions (4-6 students):
🫱$25 per student
(A small group class is a great choice for families, friends or co-workers to come together and practice yoga under my careful guidance. We’ll share a sequence and modify poses to suit all levels.)
Big Group sessions (7-10+ students):
🫱$15 per student
(The big group sessions are fun and will feel like a regular group yoga class you’d take in a yoga studio. We will share a yoga sequence, modifying poses when necessary. Each student gets some personal attention when necessary.)
