C & A did a great job at my house. The owner was professional, receptive, and fair. His guy fixed an area of my vinyl floor, put some shoe molding, and caulk down. The job came out awesome.

It was a pleasure to work with Carlos. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He has a good sense of humor as well. He came to the house to provide an estimate for my LVP flooring. We agreed on a fair price. The next day Carlos and his workers were at my home ready to go. They finished the job super quick. They did an EXCELLENT job! They also left the room nice and clean. Carlos provided a fair estimate for the kitchen flooring project and offered helpful suggestions. Once the work began, his team carefully sealed off the kitchen from the rest of the house, as well as key areas within the kitchen. The project involved removing ceramic tile and installing new porcelain tile, which was a labor-intensive process. His team worked diligently over five days, completing the project on time. After giving the last payment, we shook hands, and everything seemed in order. However, the next day, I noticed that the grout around the edges of two tiles had started to crack. I sent Carlos some photos, and he promptly offered to come by the next day for a touch-up. He arrived as scheduled and addressed the issue. Unfortunately, two days later, the grout in the same area began opening up again. I reached out once more, and Carlos again offered to fix it the next day. This time, he removed the faulty tile and reinstalled it properly. Since then, I haven’t had any issues and I am very happy with the final product. Its very rare that contractors come back not once, but twice to address an issue after receiving payment. Hats off to Carlos for his professionalism, work ethics and commitment to customer satisfaction. Will definitely be calling him for my next flooring/tile and home improvement project.
