Carlos and his team helped me refinish hardwood floors and installedflooring on another level. He is punctual, communicates clearly, answered all my questions, and his crew did a fantastic job. Carlos and his team did an outstanding job on our hardwood floors. From start to finish, they were responsive, professional, and efficient completing everything in just two days. They replaced some water-damaged wood and matched it seamlessly to the existing floor, which was impressive. They also refinished our banisters, which was a great added touch. What really stood out was the care they took to protect our space they covered the kitchen with plastic sheeting to minimize dust, which we really appreciated. The pricing was fair and transparent. Highly recommend and will absolutely be hiring them again for future projects!

My husband and I recently bought a house and the floors were initially in terrible condition. Previous homeowners smoked a lot and may have had pets in the past. We knew we wanted to focus on the main floor since it was a major area of focus and were apprehensive the floors wouldn’t get lighter from how much damage there was. Carlos and his team were professional, communicative, efficient and even walked me through the process with my questions. We recently hired C&A Home Improvement for a major bathroom repair project at our home in Piscataway after discovering significant water damage and could not be happier with the experience from start to finish.
The scope of work included extensive floor and subfloor replacement, tile installation, toilet reset/reinstallation, Sheetrock repair and replacement, painting, and overall restoration work. Everything was completed with a very high level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism.
What really stood out to us though was not just the quality of the work, but the overall experience working with the company. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process — very responsive, punctual, transparent, and easy to work with.
The team was personable, respectful of our home, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done correctly.
It’s rare these days to find contractors who combine strong technical skills with equally strong customer service and professionalism, but C&A Home Improvement absolutely delivered on both. The finished bathroom looks fantastic and, more importantly, we feel confident knowing the underlying issues were repaired properly.

We had a 30 year parquet floor that had some digs and dents. Carlos' team came out within a week, sanded and topcoated floors and they look like brand new-better than when we put them in! You will not be disappointed using C&A-they do top notch work! We would rate higher than five if allowed!
