I originally called Bledar to fix a crack in my basement foundation. He came to my house to assess the crack and then told me that it did not need the type of repair I requested, but instead a cheaper alternative because the crack was not as bad as it looked. He also mentioned how he could paint the foundation walls inside and out with waterproof paint in order to protect the foundation from further moisture. I hired him and he came the next day with his team and did a fantastic job. They also fixed the cracks in the concrete outside my house. I will definitely hire them again when the time comes.

Bledar is totally a professional contractor. He responded to my inquiry for an estimate in a timely manner. It was a matter of minutes. When he came to give me an estimate regarding my foundation, he explained to me everything that needed to be done and even broke it down further and explained how they would complete the project. His workers were punctual arriving on time every morning for the entire project of 4 days. Blendar also is truly a perfectionist, and him and his employee's workmanship definitely reflects that.

I agree with other reviews, 11 out of 10 or I can say 15 out of 10. KAA did my rental property repairs recently, and they went above and beyond. Bledar is the owner of the company. Although I was remote from the job site, he was updating me every 2 hours with pics/videos on the progress, so I am updated with the status. After the work, I had issues sending payment and he was very courteous and nice to accommodate my concerns. Bledar is one of those rare people that you meet in life. And he is very knowledgeable too (If Steve Jobs was good at solving tech problems, I can say Bledar can solve any concrete/structural problems). He is very reasonable, and I am very happy I chose him. He is now planning to do my other projects.
