Very responsive - able to quote for the work remotely to fix a foundational wall crack that was letting in water. Turned up as promised and provided detailed updates on progress throughout the day, along with pictures and videos to explain the steps. KAA checked around the rest of the property and went above and beyond to ensure everything was clean and tidy afterwards.

KAA waterproofing was excellent to work with they did all the repairs they said they were going to do without me having to be on top of them. They left there work area clean every day. I also think the price I paid for the work they did was very fair. They showed up to work every day on time or early.I surely would use them again and recommend them to others.

I would 100% recommend KAA for any waterproofing project in your home. My basement was getting water so I called the company who installed my sump pump 15 years ago but they did not fix the problem and left me hanging. I found Bledar who came right away, inspected the outside foundation & inside walls in my basement and explained to me what he would do to fix my water issues. His estimate was affordable and fair. I am so pleased that I chose Bledar. His workers are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, clean and hard workers. From repairing cracks in the foundation, waterproofing and painting the outside to taking the sheetrock down, cementing/repairing, waterproofing the inside basement walls then installing and painting new sheetrock, Bledar and KAA is the company who does the right thing, is honest and affordable, important in todays world of crooks and scams, I should know as I was a victim of an unscrupulous waterproofing co. Thankfully KAA fixed the screwups and my basement is nice and dry! Bledar goes above and beyond to make things right and you just know he is honest and dependable and open to any questions or concerns you may have. I recently had the pleasure of working with KAA for a concrete sealing and restoration project, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism, time management, and quality of work. From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations in every way.
Bledar and his team displayed remarkable punctuality, arriving exactly when they promised and completing the job well within the timeline discussed. It’s rare to find a company so committed to respecting their clients’ schedules. Their efficiency didn’t come at the expense of quality, either—every detail was attended to with care and precision.
The cracks I had in my foundation, interior boiler room plus my basement door entrance now look flawless, with the sealing work not only enhancing the appearance but also ensuring durability for years to come. They handled every issue I pointed out and Bledar even seen things I missed , his years of experience and his keen eye left no stone unturned (pun intended)leaving everything looking brand new.
What truly stood out was their attention to detail and the pride they clearly take in their work. They explained each step of the process and ensured we were comfortable with the results before wrapping up. Their customer service is top-notch, and it’s clear they value their clients.

I hired Bledar through Thumbtack after reading his many positive reviews, and I’m very glad I did. I had received a few quotes for a basement leak issue at my rental property, and Bledar stood out right away for being responsive, punctual, and clear in his communication. His quote was very competitive, and he even proposed an alternative approach compared to other providers. He was also willing to negotiate and adjust pricing based on the scope, which showed both flexibility and fairness.
For the project itself, Bledar and his team did excellent work on an older house. They carefully chipped away and scraped the old basement walls, installed a wire mesh, applied waterproof cement, added a waterproof compound, and finished with a protective paint. On the floor, they drilled and injected waterproof foam directly into leak points. Although the job was expected to take 8–10 days, his team completed it in just 7 days. They were very respectful of my tenants and worked around their schedule, which I greatly appreciated.
Since I don’t live near the property, Bledar went the extra mile by sending me daily photo updates of the progress and making it possible to handle everything remotely, including payment. Shortly after the job was finished, heavy rain and a separate potential electrical issue came up. Bledar promptly returned to inspect and make sure everything was in good order.
Overall, Bledar has been responsive, honest, and straightforward throughout the process. His workmanship, professionalism, and communication give me complete confidence in recommending him. I would gladly hire him again for future projects.
