We had a leak in our foundation in our basement We reached out to 3 companies but felt the most comfortable with Bledar. He came to give us an estimate for the work and promptly also put it in writing . He answered all our questions and appeared very knowledgeable about his work. He explained the length of time needed to complete the work and gave us options of dates . All three days he promptly arrived at the time stated . The work was all done as he described and he did everything we had asked of him. He was courteous, prompt, knowledgeable , and the job was completed and done well. We would recommend him to anyone who has this type of problem There is nothing negative we can say.

Funny, I came to know about KAA Waterproofing through copilot. I needed basement stairs repaired and they come up on top as one of the best.
I took a chance and reached out and thought I wouldn't hear back. Why would they if they were the best.
The owner called, saw the scope of work, and the price was right. He followed up with a proposal and did a great job.
His employees were professional, kept the mess minimal and worked together well.
I am so happy to have done the entire staircase instead of focusing on one area.
Would definitely recommend.

Very responsive - able to quote for the work remotely to fix a foundational wall crack that was letting in water. Turned up as promised and provided detailed updates on progress throughout the day, along with pictures and videos to explain the steps. KAA checked around the rest of the property and went above and beyond to ensure everything was clean and tidy afterwards.

I hired Bledar through Thumbtack after reading his many positive reviews, and I’m very glad I did. I had received a few quotes for a basement leak issue at my rental property, and Bledar stood out right away for being responsive, punctual, and clear in his communication. His quote was very competitive, and he even proposed an alternative approach compared to other providers. He was also willing to negotiate and adjust pricing based on the scope, which showed both flexibility and fairness.
For the project itself, Bledar and his team did excellent work on an older house. They carefully chipped away and scraped the old basement walls, installed a wire mesh, applied waterproof cement, added a waterproof compound, and finished with a protective paint. On the floor, they drilled and injected waterproof foam directly into leak points. Although the job was expected to take 8–10 days, his team completed it in just 7 days. They were very respectful of my tenants and worked around their schedule, which I greatly appreciated.
Since I don’t live near the property, Bledar went the extra mile by sending me daily photo updates of the progress and making it possible to handle everything remotely, including payment. Shortly after the job was finished, heavy rain and a separate potential electrical issue came up. Bledar promptly returned to inspect and make sure everything was in good order.
Overall, Bledar has been responsive, honest, and straightforward throughout the process. His workmanship, professionalism, and communication give me complete confidence in recommending him. I would gladly hire him again for future projects.
