Great experience working with Orlando and his crew. Not only do they do home improvements but they also do commercial renovations as well including electric and plumbing. They did a great job building out my store and Orlando had great communication throughout the whole process and always picked up my calls when I needed him. Would highly recommend!

I had a repair that needed to be done in the crawl space in my basement. Done By Brandon provided a competitive quote. The contract for the work was thorough. The work performed was as specified in the contract. The personnel performing the work showed up at the appointed time, were knowledgeable, personable and cleaned up after the work was completed. I am very satisfied and would recommend them.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Brandon’s work is exceptional and his price cannot be beat. He made sure every last detail was complete and worked all hours to make sure the job was not only done but done professionally. He installed a brand new set of kitchen cabinets, farmhouse sink, and a range hood in no time at all. He also managed all the micro jobs that came along with the process such as securing the floor under the sink and taking care of ancient plumbing. I highly recommend Done by Brandon.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
FIRST WE MAY SCHEDULE A WALK-THROUGH IF WE ARE NOT ABLE TO QUOTE THE CLIENT OVER THE PHONE. NEXT, WE SEND A QUOTE OUT AND SCHEDULE A DATE FOR WORK AFTER APPROVAL. WE ALWAYS RECEIVE A 30 TO 50 PERCENT DEPOSIT DEPENDING ON THE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT AND WHETHER IT IS FINANCED OR PAID DIRECT. WE START OUR WORK BY CLEANING AND PREPARING THE AREA OR PROJECT WE ARE WORKING ON. THEN TAKE OUR TIME AND DO OUR WORK AFTER WHICH WE GO OVER IT TO FIX ANY MINOR ISSUES OR SOMETHING A CLIENT WOULD LIKE FIXED OR DONE DIFFERENTLY . THEN WE CLEAN THE AREA TO SHOWCASE WORK.
