I was in need of getting my brakes and rotors changed. As you can imagine, the prices I was quoted from my dealership was exorbitant. The owner reached out to me within minutes of my inquiry. He set clear expectations on what I should be prepared with on the day of his service and even recommended brake pads and rotors I should buy along with pictures and a direct link. He was clear about the price so there was no guessing or surprised at the end. the day of service he arrived early, had an amazing attitude, did a full diagnostic after service was completed and even went as far as to dispose of the old brake pads and rotors for me. I will continue to use ES AUTO for all of my vehicles needs. if I could give him more stars I would. Simply Amazing!!
