My pool has been closed for over 10 years and I hired The Swim Zone to open it up! They did such a wonderful job with restoring it and making it usable for this summer! I am looking forward to re-finishing it completely with them for next summer!

The pool is 35 years old and hasn't been open in 3 years. There are trees right over it so there was an extremely large amount of leave in it. I called The Swim Zone. Not only, did they show up almost immediately, but they cleaned it all out in one day, acid washed it the next and made it look brand new! I am SO happy with my pool. The Swim Zone will be opening, servicing, and closing my pool every year! Big thanks to the owner Jon & his amazing crew!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I have a pool that was closed & untouched for 17 years in New Vernon , NJ (Eileen’s Review). We -Removed the pool safety cover & ordered her a new one for closing. -Pre-treated concrete coping & pool concrete decking with diluted sodium hypochlorite (bleach) mix to kill any mold spores. -Powerwashed all pre-treated concrete surfaces to remove all moss, mildew & algae growth with a diluted bleach mix again to kill off any remaining spores. -Drained the pool & removed all debris completely. -Blew out all plumbing return lines & skimmers’ plumbing lines as well. -Thorough acid wash all interior surfaces of the pool to remove years of staining. - Filled pool up with fresh water. -Replaced pump & filter for fresh filtration system. -Initial 10 point water chemistry testing & balancing just right!
