- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is shared from the beginning to ensure you are comfortable with moving forward. The cost is based on an hourly rate that varies depending on the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with getting to know each other via messages to ensure it's a right fit. No payments required until the work begins. Only when the client is ready, do we begin processing payment and kick off the work. Each service varies from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner has a Bachelor of Arts in Literature with a Concentration in Creative Writing. Over the past 15 years, she has held leadership and managerial roles in program management and marketing at globally known and recognizable Fortune 500 businesses. The past three years, our owner has worked in workforce and career development focused on upskilling and reskilling initiatives with non-profit organizations and educational institutions. She launched a free online skill training program to support individuals looking for certifications to complement their resumes and advance their careers.
