Introduction: I believe you have to cook with love and have that passion. Adding that little bit of love to the food you prepare makes it taste so much better. When leaving someone's home after preparing the meals for them, you want to see the smile on their faces They know that when they sit down for dinner, they are going to enjoy that meal from the aroma that permeated the house as it was being prepared For 4 years I was a caregiver and saw what people were eating. The choices that the people were making were not very nutritious and once they started to eat better their blood work was much better. Food doesn't have to be organic but you do need to eat better. I enjoyed seeing people feeling better because a home cooked meal was being prepared and ingested rather than eating take out or dining out on a regular basis. Those choices are not the healthiest things to do on a constant basis.
