The firm's office is located in historic downtown Freehold, New Jersey. Arthur received his BS degree from the College of Staten Island, CUNY, and is a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) in the States of New York and New Jersey. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, and the New Jersey State Society of CPAs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a full service accounting firm that has professional offices and pays significant overhead to run our firm. This would cause our fees to be somewhat higher than others, such as part-time fly-by-night tax preparers. This is our business all year round, this is what we do, we service businesses and individuals all year long.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the client to get an understanding of the objectives. We can do this in person, remotely, via phone etc. We can exchange tax prep documents over a secure portal and perform all work remotely and email the completed tax return to the client and follow it up with a hard paper copy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified public accountant licensed to practice in the states NY and NJ. I have a college degree, passed the CPA exam and take 40 professional education credits each year to maintain my licenses.
