We first hired NextGen to repair/replace our front stairs and repair some flashing around our front door. After seeing what water damage was underneath Erdit suggested the way to truly fix the problem and prevent future damage was to replace the siding since it was not installed properly and was damaged beyond repair. We ended up replacing the siding and couldnt be happier. We found more water damage as the old siding was removed but Erdit and his crew replaced the sheathing with all new plywood for us at a fair price. They were great to work with, never pushy, fair pricing and followed through on everything. The crew worked tirelessly to get the job done. I would definitely hire NextGen in the future.
