Cannizzo Construction deconstructed and rebuilt our front steps. The steps look brand new. We are impressed and extremely pleased with the job. They also provided the garage with a new concrete floor and reinforced its foundation. Again, awesome job. All in all, the Cannizzo group treated us like family. Great experience from beginning to end. Dan contacted me to do an estimate. He was personable and professional. The job was to repair my front steps. As they got started, it quickly became obvious that it needed to be a replace job, not repair. They stopped work and went over their concerns. We agreed on an updated price and they worked hard for 2 1/2 days. The steps are beautiful and the nicest part of my house!! The team was efficient, thorough, and cleaned up as they went. I’m so impressed that I asked for another estimate on a roof fascia and hired them for that. I highly recommend Cannizzo!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are locally owned and operated so our pricing is very competitive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an in home consultation where we find out exactly what the customer needs and wants. We then provide a price based off of that. Once that proposal has been approved we provide the customer with samples of the product they are interested in. The customer will pick the product they prefer. We then custom build the project to fit the what the customer needs and wants.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction industry for over 20 years.
