Top Leader Construction LLC truly lives up to its name. We hired them in late October 2025 for a major backyard renovation, which included masonry work for a patio and flower bed levels, concrete sidewalks and concrete borders along the fence lines. Despite a tight deadline, the team worked diligently (even on Saturday and Sunday) and pushed through challenging weather with high winds. They delivered everything exactly as promised and maintained high standards throughout the project. I sincerely wish Top Leader Construction LLC continued success and many future clients. I will definitely recommend them to my homeowner friends.

Jimmy is very responsive in estimating and project progress to ensure all work is completed in professional manner. He identified several defective works from original builder and was able to fix them. He is not your lowest bidder for concrete and exterior home improvement work but we believe in him provided the best quality work.
