$140 is my tuning rate. Non-tuning service calls start at $100
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Lengthy conversation first! I like to acquire a knowledge of the client’s musical interests and needs before working. Building an interpersonal relationship is important to me.

Apprenticeship with senior technicians, Yamaha Piano warranty service, work at various dealerships.
