- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For life and wellness coaching, the first consultation is always free. Once the client decides that life coaching is a good fit to achieve his/her goal, the consultation is $60 per hour. Initial program introduction and set up may take up to 2 hours. Weekly follow up sessions are usually half an hour for the first week and 15 minutes thereafter as needed. Email support is $20 per answer. For meditation instruction, I offer virtual and in personal instructions. Virtual meditation instruction is $15 per session. In person class is $20 per session. First introduction session is $60 that covers the basics with hand-outs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Free consultation to determine whether there is a good fit. 2. I will design a program for my client and go over it in a 2-hour session to initiate the program. 3. Weekly 30-minute follow up sessions during the first week to discuss program fit and effectiveness. 4. Weekly 15-minute sessions for check up for 3 more weeks or as needed. 5. Monthly check point with client to see where the client is at to determine direction for future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two master degrees: one in sociology focusing on human behavior in social settings, one in Human Resources Management. I am a member of International Association of Coaching. I have been practicing Bodhi Meditation for the last 7 years and have instructor certification from Canada Bodhi Meditation Society. I wrote a book on taking care of infant through first year.
