Rich catered a party in my backyard for 100 people. It was Turkish food with Halal meat. The food was excellent, the Turkish people were extremely happy with the flavors and quality of food. The non Turkish people were happy with the food also. Rich roasted a full lamb in my back yard, absolutely delicious. Rich kept me informed through out the whole process of what he would be serving. He is extremely easy to work with and his staff were professional, cleaned everything up after the party and I was able to enjoy myself and didn't have to worry about anything. I would recommend him to everyone.

    Yes- I am going to the south of France this summer to cook, make charcuterie, and explore!

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    I am a passionate chef. I take my food very seriously, and never take myself too seriously. I don't want to be a "celebrity chef", I want to give customers and their guests a truly memorable experience.
