Alex from RIGHTIME came same day as I placed a request, spent more that an hour investigating the issue and found what parts are broken and need to be replaced. He came next day as promised, completed repair and system is working again! And he was very courteous and explained all repairs being done. Will definitely use him again for HVAC repair and maintenance.

I hired Alex and Rightime to do yearly maintenance on my steam boiler. Jimmy the technician, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions. I also want to commend Alex on his excellent customer service skills. I had an issue with the job that was specific to my situation and when he found out I had concerns he called me and made sure he did whatever he could to make sure I was happy with the job.

Alex was fantastic! He came by on a Sunday to replace the fan on my AC unit, and by Monday I was back up and running with my central air conditioning! He also educated me (a first time homeowner) about what type of AC unit I had, as well as what I needed to do for its maintenance. And the price was very reasonable too. He is highly recommended.
