- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My individual prices are firm, but big pieces and parties are flexible because not all are the same. Travel fees are never a solid price for everyone, it depends on your distance from me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out if they’ve gotten henna before. If not then I explain what it is exactly and how it works. I see what kind of design they’re thinking of getting done, ask their address, then tell them the cost of the henna application along with the small travel fee. The next step is appointment setup
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been practicing henna for 5+ years
