I graduated from Gloucester County Institute of Technology in the spring of 2011. I learned a lot about Culinary Arts and Hospitality. I also have 9 years of work in the food industry. I also have work in the dietary field by working great with individuals on special diets as well. Cooking has always been my passion as a kid growing up, I would watch and help my parents in the kitchen here and there which turned into a weekend thing.
