After spending about a week trying to fix a myriad of problems with my PC, I finally decided to contact Bussell Consulting (Matthew Bussell) for help. I’m so very glad I did. Based on all of the PC issues I was having, Matt had to perform a full reset/recovery of my PC where he upgraded me to the latest version of Windows while ensuring all my personal files and applications were restore to their original state. He accomplished all of this in just a few hours without a hitch!!! I have personally managed many IT Specialists during my 30-year career, and Matt ranks among the very best IT specialists in PC/Laptop repair that I have ever met. My computer was not responding and the manufacturers' tech staff could not help. I contacted Mr. Bussell and made an appointment for the following afternoon. He arrived on time, was very professional, checked my computer, told me everything he was doing and restored my computer and added all of the updates in order to make it current. The cost was very reasonable. I would call Mr. Bussell immediately if I had another problem and, recommend him wholeheartedly.

I am very happy with the job done by Bussell, his reposonse to my request is instant, quickly diagnose my issue on the phone, and gave me reasonable quote. The repair process is also very smooth, he is very professional, clearly explained what he has done. My computer is back and saved me money for a new computer and also the data on my hard drive. Matthew's work was excellent. He told me it would take 2-3 hours to install a hard drive, battery and 16gb memory. It was done it less than 2 hours. Work was professional and would recommend to anyone in need of computer assistance.
