Jose has been very responsive and available to answer any questions or concerns on selecting the right HVAC unit for my 2nd floor. In searching for the right unit has been extremely overwhelming and confusing. But ,with the support of Jose to assist was seamless. His rates were extremely competitive and a lot more affordable than the other 20 companies I researched. When I finally selected and provided the type of unit I wanted, we schedule the appointment for his services. I had to install a new HVAC for my 2nd floor which included duct work for both heating and cooling. Jose arrived on Saturday morning by 7:30(as scheduled) with his full team. His team were very careful and protected my furniture in the area they were working around. But most important provided clean work and cleaned thoroughly in the work area. The job was seamless and was able to complete by the end of the evening around 6:30pm that day. I was very impressed. Jose took the time to walk me through the unit and how it was all set up along with how to operate my thermostat. He even checked in 1 week later to make sure it was still operating as expected. So far everything is in excellent condition and we are very happy with the unit and the service. You won't regret using Jose and his team!!!

Jose Santiago completed an entire AC system replacement for us in July 2022. He was excellent to work with on this job! We started a conversation in Thumbtack and he provided a quote after seeing some photos of the job. We quoted this job with several local companies and found his pricing to be the most competitive with better components. I was really impressed (and thankful) that his suppliers had the AC system and furnace components in stock and available for pickup. Jose scheduled install for the next day. The entire install, commissioning and clean up took 1 full day. The work was super tidy. They covered the floor with blankets and removed the old units. Swept and vacuumed the floors afterwards. Stayed late to finish and test the system. They explained everything thoroughly at the end to me. I wholeheartedly endorse the quality of his work! Jose even called a few days later to check in to see that everything was working correctly. The system he installed for us has been running for about a week now. If you're in the market for AC work, I would absolutely trust Jose to work on your system! Well done Jose!

I contacted 3 HVAC companies. All came in about the same price more or less. I selected Santiago AC because he clearly explained what needed to be done and what was included. He also had good references. I'm glad I selected him. He was very attentive and also treated my home like it was his. The team protected my 100 yr old floors, cleaned up after themselves and we're very respectful and professional. The final product was excellent and after he guided me through the install and did the checks with me and spent time with me answering questions before we closed out the project. I would use him again and recommend him to my family.

If more stars was an option, I would give them all. Very high quality work and is very fair with pricing. Santiago and his crew did a great job running a gas line for a new forced hot air furnace and the AC work was top notch. I would use Santiago again I would recommend to anyone looking for forced hot air and AC.

Santiago kept things simple. Quote was easy, he was very responsive, even made a special trip to pick up deposit. He came out quickly, install went smooth and did it all with a smile on his face. I can't say enough good things about him and his crew. They even took their shoes off each and every time they went outside. Don't overthink it, go with them. You won't regret it.
