- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My quotes include shooting time, travel fees, and the delivery of edited photos in high-resolution JPEG format.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will email a questionnaire to capture general information about the session/event. Afterwards, I will put together a Client Service Agreement based on the answers from the questionnaire and send an invoice to my customer. A 50% initial non-refundable payment will be due upon signing the contract to lock-in the date, the remaining balance will be due on the day of the event. Once the initial payment is paid and Client Service Agreement is signed and submitted I am 100% committed for your event/session and will not take any other inquiries for the allotted time.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always loved taking pictures, but never thought of turning it into a business. It wasn’t until a friend of mine asked me to shoot their engagement photos at Liberty State Park across from NYC when I realized I loved photographing people! I’ve grown to love photography even more so (with a purpose) & the people I get to work with so much! Months later I decided to form an LLC to make my business official cause everything I get involved in requires nothing less than 100% dedication of my time and efforts!
