- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the job, not the hour. The reason for this is, I'm trying to save you money. I do not work fast. I am methodical in my work and don't rush any job. I may take a bit longer, but it's done right the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do like to meet them in person, at the site where the work needs to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have replaced toilets, sinks, done floors and porches/patio's. My training comes from experience.
