Most importantly, there will never be any surprises or costs that I have not entirely made sure the customer isn’t aware of AKA…no hidden fees!
What types of customers have you worked with?
It’s safe to say there isn’t a customer I haven’t worked with; Sometimes a customer doesn’t know where to begin with a project or doesn’t exactly know the direction to take, and so a little guidance and reassurance is necessary and never a problem in making them feel confident in the work to be done. On the other hand, some customers love to be involved, or be apart of the planning and picking of materials, which so much of the time makes for a very smooth process. It’s necessary to adapt to each and every customers personal know-how!
