I have nothing but great things to say about Girasole. The owner Priscilla is very responsive and open to any suggestions or expectations you may have as a customer. Communication is key and that is one of the best qualities of this company. If you outline what you want, then there is no miscommunications and you get exactly that. I have also had Girasole do extra services for me like organize my garage, remove clutter from the corners of my house, etc. They are very accommodating for any extra requests and charge a fair amount for the extra jobs they perform. Priscilla goes above and beyond for her customers and her workers are very sweet. Although her workers don’t speak English, it’s never been a problem because Priscilla makes sure to communicate all client preferences to them so you can be sure you are getting the exact services you expect. She is very professional snd takes her business very seriously. They are always there when the promise to be there and are very punctual. It doesn’t take them super long to clean because she usually has 2/3 workers with her on top of being there herself so it’s never and inconvenience to have them there, even when my kids have off from school and we are all stuck home, once they finish cleaning an area, we just go hang out there until they’re finished and it’s not a long wait. They are usually in and out within 1.5-2 hours. The quality of their work speaks for itself. And the BONUS…she uses natural products and essential oils so when I come home, my house smells like a mixture of lavender and vanilla which is very soothing. I always look forward to a cleaning by my girls because it feels so nice to come home from work to a clean house. Having 3 young boys, it doesn’t stay that way for long which is why we hired her on a weekly basis, but she is very flexible and accommodating and can do bi-weekly cleanings as well. And speaking of flexibility, on the rare occasion we need to move a date around or a time, she is always more than happy to alter arrangements to fit your needs as long as she gets a few days advanced notice. You will not regret hiring these wonderful women who make a moms life so much easier. They are scheduled to come to my house today so I will take some picture before and after and post here as an example of how great of a job they do.
