The guys did a great job of replacing my old basement tile ceiling with sheet rock and painting both basement rooms. They worked around my schedule and completed the job in a short period of time. I would definitely use Arguello Construction again.

Working with Xavier and his team was a great experience. Throughout the project he was incredibly transparent on what work would need to be done and on what timeline. The work they did is beautiful and you would never know that part of my ceiling and wall was ever missing. Pricing was incredibly fair. I will absolutely be calling them for work in the future.

Where to begin. I needed a major renovation on 100 years old house, and "good" contractors are incredibly hard to come by. I posted a small job like framing, and Xavier (and many other folks) responded. However, Xavier was immediately the only one I considered, due to his responsiveness, courteousness and kindness, professionalism, reliability, and availability in responding to communication as we were coordinating the work. I cannot speak highly enough about Xavier as a "person" and the way he conducts himself as a professional. Can't wait to assign more jobs to him and complete photos will be followed soon.

I could not be happier with Xavier’s work. He installed a backsplash for me in my kitchen. He was extremely prompt to respond to any questions I had and made an appointment to come and check out my place the next day. He fit me into his schedule and was accommodating of all my needs. His tile work was exactly what I was looking for, see attached photos. His quote was fair, reasonable and significantly lower than any others I was getting.
In addition he fully cleaned my place once the project was complete, you would never know he was here. Highly recommend!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our first conversation it’s important for us to set up a conviene time where I can come and look at your project. It’s the only way to give you the most accurate quote and timeframe needed for you. During this time we will discuss your wants and talk over all the details that are involved with your project. I will then send you a proposal for the work, and if accepted we can then set up a start date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been hands on with home remodel construction for the last 15 years in manhattan. From labor to management, I’ve observed every aspect of home remodel and learned from some of the best people in the business.
