Kitty G. says, "I signed up with Custom Website Agency to create a an Online Wig Store. It's been a learning process. Prior to hiring them, I used a Simple all in one Platform. Not realizing I did not, nor would i ever own the Website i created on the Simple all in one Platform. Once I left the Platform, my website would be no more.
I spoke with several team members from the Custom website Team and decided it was in my best interest to go with them.
In all honesty, because of my lack of knowledge its been somewhat frustrating for me, however, the team, ( each and every one of them) has been supportive in explaining things to me, patient with me, and very knowledgeable in the Building of my Website. It's now just a couple days away from going live, and I messed up my headers. Again, they are there to rescue me, and the website.
After working with this new Platform using WordPress and having a dedicated server, I know it's going to be a learning curve, however with the six months of free support I am getting from Sarah and the team I am more then sure I will be able to make changes, and make additions to the site in future. If I had more funds, I would be more then happy to have them maintain my website. Maybe after the site starts showing a profit, I can keep my relationship with them.
I highly recommend anyone who is interested in having a Website Built from scratch, to follow there lead, hire them, trust them, and know they will have your back, supporting you through the journey.
