Marco did a fantastic job applying stucco to my exterior and basement interior walls. He also repaired parts of the walls with plaster. Walls look like new. Excellent service. Arrived promptly to assess work and provide estimate, completed the next day, cleaned up well. Will definitely hire again!
Fast reasonable professional. He took down my loft bed expertly and efficiently to comply with leaving my apartment as I rented it to get back my 1,000-plus security deposit. He patched up holes--put spackle over paint to humor me and it worked to cover some red streaks. . Because Johnny did such a thorough job---taking everything down--bundling up the debris---and was quite knowledgeable---about leases---- the inspection was uneventful and my security deposit returned without question! Highly recommended.
Prompt , very courteous, flexible, understands spanish, and very knowledgeable. He is worth every penny in gold. He has knowledge of his craft, and of other types of repairs. Sewage, Plumbing, Electric, Drywall, Flooring installation. I will be using his services for quite some while.
KHS repaired damaged stucco, recoated all stucco surfaces and cleaned the chimney too! Very happy with results. Working with Doug & Dave was a pleasure. Communication was excellent. All work completed in stated time frame and on budget. Highly recommend.
We had Don and his team demo our existing closet and install a new IKEA PAX unit (3 full and 1 half size). They then did a build in and made it look totally custom and part of the room! Don did a great job and was totally professional the whole time, not to mention very competitive on his price! I'd certainly recommend Don and his team!
Exterior work: facade pointing, powerwashing
Interior: kitchen/bathroom renovation (plastering, primer, paint, tiling)...It was a large scare project but I must say despite the minor up's and down's...the company did a great job!
I hired Jay Quin Contracting to replace a set of basement stairs and install pavers in my backyard. The work they did was outstanding and was beyond and thing I could expect. After they completed this work I rehired them to create a room in the basement. They explained the whole plan before starting.
Jay Quin Contracting is an excellent company that strives to fully satisfy. They truly listened to my desires and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could lie ahead. They have a trustworthy, courteous and hardworking group of craftsman. The end was everything and more than I was hoping for. You made my family very happy and proud of all the work you did. Thank you!â
Giovanni was great! I hired him to install a concrete pad for our generator. He was super responsive and very patient with me as I was coordinating logistics with the electrician and plumber. He was flexible and rescheduled promptly when the weather forecast turned for the worse. I was very specific on the requirements, so I was a little worried because I wouldn't be there to oversee. But he was great about telling my wife when he was done with different stages so she could send me pictures. His price was very competitive and he charged me the price he originally quoted. I never met him in person but Giovanni is the man.
Best Line was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad! our stucco came out so beautiful. the workers take their jobs seriously. they worked every day from early to late in the day and kept going until the job was completed perfectly. Sunny, the owner is honest and responds immediately when called. Our house looks great.
Mr. Curruchich and his brother have been my go to plumbers since purchasing my starter home. In addition to installing my boiler and hot water heater, the Curruchich's recently added a French Drain. The jobs have always been reasonable priced and completed in a timely fashion.
We have had Mike Pompei do many jobs for us on our home, including building our home! His work is exceptional and it shows! His attention to detail, work ethic and ability to perform many different types of jobs from floor installation, repair work, basement remodeling and even painting makes him a true "general" contractor who can do just about anything. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have any kind of work done on their home. He can do it all and does it well!
I found Keith Thumbtack. He was the first to respond to my request as well as the least expensive quote. Keith repaired a hole in my ceiling that was left by plumbers fixing a leak. He arrived on time on the scheduled day, worked fast and clean, and finished the job in less than 3 hours. I am glad I found him as I will surely use Keith in the future for other home improvement work and or repairs. Hire Keith's Handyman & Construction Services with confidence in his ability and professionalism. 100% satisfied. Thanks Keith!!!

Petrillo Stone Corporation, founded in 1907, is a third-generation family-owned stone company in Mount Vernon, New York. They perform high-quality fabrication and installation of exterior and interior stone.
The company imports stone from around the world and works it at their headquarters in New York. Petrillo Stone combines new technologies with traditional artisan stone working techniques to complete historic projects.
All fabrication is performed on-site in the company's state-of-the-art facility where almost forgotten art forms merge with cutting edge technology: Wireless control overhead cranes with up to 20-ton capacity hoist the immense slabs. Preliminary designs are sketched out through AutoCAD and other software applications. Petrillo workers use digital photography to generate customized blueprints. Computer numeric control (CNC) machinery equipped with diamond saws hews the slabs. The stone is then worked on, sometimes sandblasted, other times sanded or honed, sometimes planed by 80-year-old machines then polished to a sheen. A highly skilled, international team of artisans achieve the finishes, and painstakingly cut and chisel until every inch has attained the desired peak of perfection.
