FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you read this you can pay 125 for one hour of training or 500 for ten sessions. If you are going to train for months ask about the weekly autopay for the largest discounts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The one thing I love about the Fitness Industry is there is always something new to learn. I take Continuing Education Credit Classes to be able to constantly have the most relevant information to help my clients reach their goals quickly and safely. I recertify each of my personal training certifications every 2 years and I try to earn a new certification every 2 years to keep things exciting for me and my clients.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Weight Loss and Muscle Toning Clients I start them at their level and we develop the exercise routine based on where they are at right now and build from there. This is where most beginners in fitness start and it is more comfortable in a private studio than a big scary and busy gym filled with gawkers! Sports Performance clients need special Exercises to enhance their movements and improve their game. Endurance Athletics is becoming popular because the years of muscle building has caused a loss of endurance with only short bursts of strength. These athletes come to me to learn how to go for long periods of time in an exercise that builds strong lean muscle that can keep you in the game longer and reduce your injuries.
