What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard rate is $70 per hour even if the task takes less than an hour. However if a repeat customer. You receive a $20 dollar discount from the overall total.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to learn more about what you’re looking to get done. If I believe I can help and we can work together, then I’d plan to come by to get a visual of the work. Once agreed over price of my services, l’d get started that day depending on time or a later date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience is my education and learning is my training.
