FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to create a cost-effective and efficient weight loss/fitness program that delivers optimal results for each client...Though one-on-one training cost is for 30 minutes, clients are assessed and scheduled for time as needed, which can extend up to 45 minutes at no extra cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients can expect in me a professional and fully committed trainer who has an undeniable relationship with his word. Typically all clients are consulted with, to assess their history before a personalized plan is created for you. Our first session is usually lite as we test your flexibility, strength etc.. Thereafter, we do a bit of stretching to start the process of you limbering up, to minimize/eliminate possible injuries while working towards your goals, then we move into some calisthenics and or functional exercise to see where you are in terms of strength and go from there...Also, in recognition of the fact that diet is 75% fitness. Nutritional counseling may be necessary and is included.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am successful and experienced exercise physiologist/fitness trainer with over 25 years experience. Nothing inspires me more that to help my clients achieve their weight loss/fitness goals who never thought possible.
