Apluss truly did a amazing job and explained and broke everything down to me. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on your filing status in addition to other factors such as if you're self-employed, a business or corporation, etc. We also offer other services such as, tax amendments, tax reviews and tax planning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free 15-minute consultation for new clients and this is to pretty much assess your individual tax needs. From there, you can decide if we are a great fit to complete your taxes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 100+ hours of tax education through the IRS training courses. In addition, we are constantly taking continuing education courses to sharpen-up skills and stay up to date on our tax knowledge.
