I have never written A review before but there's no way I could not write a review about my experience with Dawn and yoga. I have never met someone that is so nurturing patient and understanding dedicated and eager to help. She is outstanding in what she does. Always so concerned about my health and well-being. Dawn has Been helping me to get my health back together after years of chronic pain from an motor vehicle accident i never got any relief until I started working with Dawn. Dawn you are definitely what the doctor ordered. I would definitely recommend Anyone who is interested in seeking a yoga and/or meditation instructor. Looking for mental physical and spiritual peace in the body she is very educated in yoga and meditation For beginners and advanced.
