FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm transparent and upfront with you about the costs associated with your project and provide a detailed quote or estimate outlining the specific tasks that will be included and their associated costs. It is also important to be aware that there may be additional costs that arise during the course of the project, such as unforeseen challenges or changes to the scope of work. In these cases, it is important that the carpenter communicates these to you and provides revised pricing as needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process of working with a new customer typically begins with an initial consultation to discuss the project and gather information about the customer's needs and expectations. This may involve reviewing drawings or blueprints, discussing the scope of work, and establishing a timeline and budget for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my education in the field of carpentry through a combination of on-the-job training and formal schooling. I began my career as an apprentice, working under the guidance of experienced carpenters and learning the tools of the trade through hands-on experience. In addition to my hands-on training, I also completed a formal carpentry program at a technical school. This program provided me with a solid foundation in the principles of carpentry, including building codes, construction math, and blueprint reading. Throughout my education and training, I have developed a strong understanding of the skills and knowledge required to be a successful carpenter. I am confident in my ability to apply this knowledge to a wide range of construction projects and to deliver high-quality results for my clients.
