- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our estimates are pretty much true to their value. Only when we open certain pieces and find surprises then we have to discuss the additional charges with our clients. This happens rarely, but no one wants surprises at the end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer sends us a photo of the furniture/cushion/banquette/etc., to be reupholstered. The quote is sent back to the customer within 24-48 hours. If customer agrees we start the process for the project immediately. Customer chooses the fabric, we order it and pickup the furniture. The timeline starts after we have everything in our studio and 6-8 weeks later or sooner, the furniture is complete and redelivered back to the customer.
