I couldn't be happier with Brian and Diane at the Happy Handyman! I really appreciated that Diane was polite and courteous on the phone. She followed up with me and kept me informed the entire time. Likewise, Brian is a very sweet, polite, and respectful person. I'm always a little nervous bringing contractors into my home as a woman, but he made me feel at ease. Originally, I had requested to have my flagpole anchor repaired on my brick façade, my fence likewise reattached to it, and a door hole viewer installed in my metal door. Diane offered a great bargain in which Brian would come from 9 am - 2 pm and work on as many projects as I wanted in that time for only $400!!! Other contractors quoted twice as much for just those three things. I think he finished the original 3 tasks in 1-2 hours, so I was able to have blinds hung up, toilet fixed, shelves installed, and more in that time. They were things that I knew I could do myself, but I never really got around to it. But hey, he did a much more thorough job than I ever could have done. He kept everything tidy, vacuumed, and wore shoe covers/took off his boots in my home. He even suggested that he do the outside chores last to avoid tracking mud in my house. Would definitely hire again!

I really appreciated that Brian was punctual and I showed him a list of things that needed fixing. In under two hours he checked them all off the list. It was everything from driveway lights, to the gutter pipe that fell off, to light bulbs. I was very impressed. He even hooked up my new DVD player! Thanks so much!
