Kim is personable and very knowledgeable. Leaving her course made us all feel more comfortable in our CPR/First-Aid skills. Her conversational teaching style was filled with her own personal stories that reflected what we were learning. She managed to fit in all of the skills and training in a reasonable amount of time.
