I had a bit of a mess and needed help. The water heater had leaked causing the flooring under it to sink down and warp. My furnace which sat right beside it needed replaced also, condensation from running the air conditioner had formed on the lower part of the unit and run down into the subfloor causing it to warp. The AC wasn’t really safe to use, the unit itself was about 30 years old. I posted the ad on 14 May and Ray was the first to be able to come look at the work that need to be done. He arrived the morning of the 15th, and although be concerned about being able to repair the subfloor, he agreed to accept the job. Ray and his son arrived the morning of Saturday removed the old water heater, HVAC, and tearing up the damaged subfloor. They then returned on Sunday morning to put down more flooring and install the new water heater. After the new HVAC arrived, they returned on Thursday to finish the installation, that day was wet and muddy because of all the rain we had, but fortunately we had a break in the weather today. I’m pleased with the work they did. I’m very pleased with the work that they did. He was polite, professional, did a very good job. And yes, I would use his services again and recommend him to others.

Absolutely amazing!! Everyone who came out to look at my heating and cooling system said I needed to replace it and did not even try to help us with repair. He was here for maybe 2-3 hours and replaced 2 pieces and took care of our breaker which brought heat back into our home. I cannot thank this company and owner enough. Now after a year of not being able to use heating or the cooling my family won’t have to use space heaters this Christmas and the price was affordable and reasonable! I’m so grateful

10/10. Phenomenal experience. I reached out and Ray replied immediately. Came out same day (literally less than 20 minutes on a SUNDAY) and had a solution and cold air blowing in under an hour.
