I had a bit of a mess and needed help. The waterheater had leaked causing the flooring under it to sink down and warp. My furnace which sat right beside it needed replaced also, condensation from running the air conditioner had formed on the lower part of the unit and run down into the subfloor causing it to warp. The AC wasn’t really safe to use, the unit itself was about 30 years old. I posted the ad on 14 May and Ray was the first to be able to come look at the work that need to be done. He arrived the morning of the 15th, and although be concerned about being able to repair the subfloor, he agreed to accept the job. Ray and his son arrived the morning of Saturday removed the old waterheater, HVAC, and tearing up the damaged subfloor. They then returned on Sunday morning to put down more flooring and install the new waterheater. After the new HVAC arrived, they returned on Thursday to finish the installation, that day was wet and muddy because of all the rain we had, but fortunately we had a break in the weather today. I’m pleased with the work they did. I’m very pleased with the work that they did. He was polite, professional, did a very good job. And yes, I would use his services again and recommend him to others.
